Michelle Taylor-Langham is the Director of Special Education for the Kern County Office of Education that provides support and services to the Alternative Education Department working directly with Kern County's 4 residential court schools, 1 non-residential court schools, and 6 community schools. Ms. Taylor-Langham has an extensive history in K-12 education including working with critically at-risk youth across the continuum of education placement.
