About me
Holly Mell is the Director of Special Education, Alternative Placement for the Kern High School District in Kern County. Ms. Mell oversees Alternative placement programs operated by California's largest single SELPA High School District in California. Ms. Mell has worked in K-12 education as well as work in higher education as an adjunct professor.
