Carey Buchanan: Carey coordinates the El Dorado county-wide school-based Threat Assessment program and is the Director of Alternative Programs at El Dorado County Office of Education. Carey has over 20 years of experience working in alternative education, including managing educational programs in incarcerated settings for youth and adults as well as community-based alternative education. She is also a member of ATAP (The Association of Threat Assessment Professionals). She has been a member of JCCASAC since 2008.
