About me
Andrea Lemos, Ed.D., serves as Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services and Student Programs for Solano County Office of Education. Dr. Lemos has worked in preschool through 12th grade programs, as a special education teacher, site administrator, and a district leader in school districts and county offices of education. She focuses on partnering to create high quality, equitable, and inclusive learning environments with an emphasis on student voice, family/community engagement, and culturally responsive practices. She also recognizes the importance of empowering youth to find and speak with their own voices to make change for our communities.
Jas Bains Wright has 30 years in education as a teacher, site administrator, and now a county office Director of Community Partnerships and Initiatives, supporting full service community schools throughout the county.
